Do We Need Separate Professional Tax Registration for Our New Office in Gujarat?

I am working with an MNC company, and as part of the expansion, we have opened another new office in the state of Gujarat. We are already registered for Professional Tax for the old office. The manpower strength of the new office is 12 persons. Our HR payroll is processed centrally in Daman. I want to know whether we have to get registered for Professional Tax for the new office as well. We have already registered in another city in the same state of Gujarat.

We have obtained a certificate for Shop & Establishment for the new office.

Dear Kalpesh,

Registration under the Gujarat Taxes on Professions, Callings, Trades, and Employments Act is required for the new office. Could you please inform me on how to get registered under the Gujarat Shops and Commercial Establishment Act? Currently, our company is operating at three branches in the state of Gujarat - Ahmedabad, Surat, and Vadodara. We need registration for these three branches.
