7. I am happy with my working hours.
8. I am satisfied with the workload.
9. My supervisor/boss treats me fairly.
10. I get the training I need to perform my job well.
11. I am always recognized if I take initiative.

Hi, this is Zeeshan pursuing my MBA in HR. I am doing my summer internship project on Employee Engagement Survey in a logistics company. I have already prepared 120 questions and finalized 50 questions. The sample size is 100. I have used a Likert 7 scale. I am facing a problem in making tentative analysis for the same.
