Hi All,Can anyone pls help me in formulating a questionnaire to be given to the employees in my organisation, who had attended training session on Verbal Communication.I wanna test whether they have really understood the topic and are willing to continue working on their weaknesses.Thanks,Reetu

Hi Reetu,
you will have to design the format keeping in mind what have you trained them on
Also if you are already aware about their weeknesses why not put them in the questionaire this will help you in analyzing whether you training was effective or not.
include topics like different tenses, stresses on syllables etc.
