Do Not Stick With One Job For A Long Time!!!!!!!!

M.Peer Mohamed Sardhar
A taxi passenger tapped the driver on the shoulder to ask him a question. The driver screamed, lost control of the car, nearly hit a bus, went up on the footpath, and stopped centimeters from a shop window
. For a second everything went quiet in the cab, then the driver said:
"Look mate, don't ever do that again. You scared the daylights out of me!".
The passenger apologized and said, "I didn't realize that a little tap would scare you so much."
The driver replied, "Sorry, it's not really your fault. Today is my first day as a cab driver - I've been driving a van carrying dead Bodies for the last 25 years.....

Dear Mr Sardhar,
I loved your story but may not agree with the 'Moral' as like every object in life has two sides and on the other side of the coin is 'Loyalty'.
After I left the Defence Services, I was under the impression that the civil society was made up of rolling stones but I was pleasantly surprised at the No. of employees that have served in one or max two Orgs in their entire life. Quite a few had joined at junior levels and are at the top levels today.

Hi,
It was a wonderful way to convey the lesson.......BUT I dont agree to it fully.
As in my current organisation I have no. of exampleas who joined as freshers & now they have grown upto the level PMs & infact as VP & MD.
The other side of coin is that you may grow in that particular organisation but that might stop you to have exposure of other organisation culture, changes in industry & so on.....
So in short it majorly depend on individual perception, goals & objective....

Poonam

Is the moral not to stick to one organisation or to one job, we should get clarity first I think.
