Introducing Myself: Gaurav Gupta, Employee Benefits and HR Costing Specialist Looking to Connect

It's wonderful to find such a dedicated website on HR-related issues. I am glad to join the group.

As a new joiner, I would like to introduce myself to all the other group members.

I am Gaurav Gupta, male, 28 years old, with a B.Com in Financial Markets & Financial Products and an MBA in HR and Marketing.

By profession, I am an Employee Benefits and HR costing expert. My area of expertise also covers "Global HR Management Practices" and "Management of Knowledge Workers."

So far, I have worked with approximately 150 companies, including 48 Global Fortune 500 companies, as an EB Consultant covering topics like designing local tax-friendly salary structures, fringe benefit plans, R&R policies, cost-cutting through redesigning salary packages, and designing employee health and life risk cover plans. Additionally, I have experience in designing and maintaining Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans such as Gratuity and Superannuation.

I trust this will give a brief picture of me. I hope to connect with more like-minded people here.
