I badly need d help of HR-Managers n Executives to fill in d attached questionnaire. Actualy, m doing a summer training n working on d concept of RPO-Recruitment Process Outsourcing, wherein i m required to prepare a questionnaire n get it filled by sum HR-Managers or Executives!!

Well, my motive behind designing it ws nt simply d completion of my project, bt i also wanted d HR -Managers/Executives, who vil fill it, to get the notice of certain aspects of recruitment which o/w goes unnoticed!!
