Calling All HR Managers: Can You Help with My MBA Project on Recruitment Process Outsourcing?

I am a 22-year-old female pursuing an MBA, currently doing my summer training from a consultancy where I am working on the concept of RPO - Recruitment Process Outsourcing! I am required to prepare a questionnaire and also get it filled by some HR managers or executives. For the very same purpose, I request all the HR managers and executives who come across this post of mine to please take some time out and fill the questionnaire attached below!
