Please read the whole thread and also search CieHr before posting a query. For example, had you searched this thread, you would have found the project attached by Sha (the originator of this thread).

Please also note that I will be writing to Sha to delete the attachment as the standard of citation and the references/bibliography are of poor standard. However, the literature review and data analysis are sound (though some of the detailed calculations should have been appended).

I am very new to this site. I don't know much about it yet. Currently, I am pursuing my M.Phil in Management. Due to some personal reasons, I haven't started my project yet. My area of interest is HR, and I would like to focus my project on the banking sector. I am looking for a topic that is more suitable for the banking sector or related institutions. Initially, I planned to investigate the attrition rate in BPOs for my project, but I have doubts about whether the recession is still affecting BPOs. That's why I didn't choose this topic. Yes, it is based on Rensis Likert's work. It used to be available on the net. Unfortunately, it is not listed anymore.
