I think Sunayna has given a good stress relief formula, but I do not know how far it will work out in work stress. I think, as people say in general, meditation and exercise are the best remedies for stress relief. Maybe that can work out well too.

I recently experienced that getting wet in the rain is the best de-stressor. Talking with people who care to listen (getting it out of your system) and having a social group helps too.

Stress can be alleviated even if you take a good bath. Yes, even taking a bath daily in the morning is necessary. Remember that. Then, getting a good night's sleep for a few hours or having some drinks can also help.

Typically, diverting your mind to things you enjoy can help you alleviate stress. This can help you relax and get out of a stressful state. For instance, Sunayna, you may enjoy getting drenched in the rain, which is why you felt stress-free at that moment, as you forgot about your worries and were in a different mood.
