Why Aren't We Meeting Monthly to Share HR Insights and Build Connections in Chennai?

This is Kishore from Chennai. I am working in a manufacturing company as an HR. I want to ask you all, why is no one taking interest in updating HR? Why can't we meet once a month and discuss HR topics so that we can make contacts, gain knowledge, etc.? For every HR person, updating is the most important aspect. I believe no one is perfect at the entry level. Thus, it would be beneficial if we could meet monthly and invite experienced individuals which will be very useful to us.

I hope Chennai members will understand this and take immediate action. It's never too late, buddies. Come on, let's act smart and fast.

I hope to receive good ideas, suggestions, and responses from all of you.
