Seeking Guidance: Where Can I Find a Ph.D. Program in HR with a Focus on Training and Development?

I am on the lookout for a Ph.D. in HR with Training and Development as the specialization. Could any of you give me some tips or web addresses, etc.? I tried surfing the ISTD website, but they only have a diploma in T&D available!

One can pursue a Ph.D. with specific universities such as ICFAI, Jamia Millia University, and many others. The second method is to get registered in any university that does not require specific entrance criteria, just simple formalities. For this, you need to have a guide. Thanks for the reply. I am basically a lawyer turned HR professional after completing a full-time MBA. I have worked in various industries such as automobiles, apparels, education, healthcare, and hospitality. Currently, I am working in the FMCG/Dairying industry at Milma in Calicut Dairy, which is modeled after AMUL in Gujarat.

My intention is to become a consultant/faculty in HR/OD/T&D after gaining more experience in the field. I hope this information is sufficient.
