I need the appointment letter for the staff-level category whose total gross income is less than $10,000 per month. I have prepared the appointment letter for the executive level; I just wanted to know if there is anything specific that I need to include or specify in the staff appointment letter.

Hi Asha,

Generally, the letters will be the same except for the salary part. If you have a different salary structure for executives and staff, you can differentiate in the letter. In general, the format of the letter and contents are the same unless you have different HR policies for executives and staff.
