How to calculate Annual Recruitment cost of an organization?

Hi all, How to calculate Annual Recruitment cost of an organization. Is there any formula to apply, if yes, please provide to me.

Annual recruitment cost = the total consultant fees + cost of portals + cost of recruiters + cost of advertisment + cost of referals.

I need to calculate the organizations annual average recruitment cost/per employee.
Supposting if my organizations turnover is 100 million, then how I should calculate the recruitment cost.

Hi Joe,
Annual turnover of the company has no linkage with Recruitment cost.
The formula is quiet simple for Average recruitment cost.
Average cost of Recruitment = Total money spend on recruitment for the period (month or year) / Total number of employees hired in that period.
The calculator shared by AJ is quiet comprehensive and you can use that as well.
