Seeking Advice: Best Short Courses and Interview Assessment Formats for New HR Consultants

This is Jasmine. Can anybody suggest some good short courses to get technically equipped in HR concepts? I come from a sales background but have started my own placement consultancy. I am facing some technical challenges and would appreciate any guidance in this regard.

Additionally, I am looking for good formats for interview assessment sheets. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
