Understanding KRAs: How Many Should You Have and How Are They Created?

Can anybody give proper information about KRA (maximum number of KRAs of an individual, how it's created, etc)?

Nice to see your query. I would like to add that, based on my experience, we cannot specify the number of KRAs for individuals. It depends on the requirements of the company and what they believe is necessary. Typically, one person takes care of at least 3-5 areas, but this number can increase or decrease as needed. If the company does not want to hire additional manpower, they may assign additional KRAs to the existing employees.
