Could somebody please provide me with the latest All India Professional Tax Slab?

Levy of Profession tax : Tamil Nadu paid in 2 Quarters
Levy of Profession tax: Mumbai- Paid in 4 Quarters:

Exceeds Rs. 2500 but less than Rs. 3500 - Rs 60 per month
Exceeds Rs. 3500 but less than Rs. 5000 - Rs 120 per month

Exceeds Rs. 5000 but less than Rs. 10000 - Rs 175 per month

Exceeds Rs. 10000 - Rs 2500 per annum to be @ Rs 200 per month except in the month of February where it is Rs 300.

PROFESSIONAL TAX

1501-2000 Rs. 18

25001-40000 Rs. 150
40001 and above Rs. 200


Levy of Profession tax: AP:Every month

Following is the structure of Prof Tax in the AP state:

1) Salary/wage upto Rs.1499 No Tax

2) salary from 1500 to 1999 Rs.16/
3) “2000 to 2999 Rs.25/
4) " 3000 to 3999 Rs.35
5)” 4000 to 4999 Rs.45
6) " 5000 to 5999 Rs.60
7) " 6000 to 9999 Rs.80
8)" 10000 to 14999 Rs.100
9) “15000 to 19999 Rs.150
10)” 20000 & above Rs.200

this has to be remitted in Form V in a monthly Challan at Treasury within 30 days.


P.Tax Slab in MP

Persons in employment whose annual salary or wage -
(i) does not exceed Rs. 40,000 --Nil

(ii) exceeds Rs. 40,000 but does not exceed Rs. 50,000
Rs. 360 (Rs. 30 per month)

(iii) exceeds Rs. 50,000 but does not exceed Rs. 60,000
Rs. 720 (Rs. 60 per month)

(iv) exceeds Rs. 60,000 but does not exceed Rs. 80,000
Rs. 1080 (Rs. 90 per month)

(v) exceeds Rs. 80,000 but does not exceed Rs. 1,00,000
Rs. 1800 (Rs. 150 per month)

(vi) exceeds Rs. 1,00,000 but does not exceed Rs. 1,50,000
Rs. 2100 (Rs. 175 per month)

(vii) exceeds Rs. 1,50,000
Rs. 2500 (Rs. 208 per month for eleven months and Rs. 212 for twelth month)]


P.Tax Slab in Delhi

Rs.5001 and Rs.6000 - Rs.20
Rs.6000 upto Rs.20000 - Rs.10 for every 1000
Rs.20000-Rs.30000 - Rs.170
Rs.30000-Rs.40000 - Rs.180
Rs.40000-Rs.50000 - Rs.190
Rs.50000 and above - Rs.200

I would like to bring notice that the PT slab for Karnataka is as follows:

1. Up to Rs. 2,999 - Nil
2. From Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 4,999 - Rs. 30
3. From Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 7,999 - Rs. 60
4. From Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 9,999 - Rs. 100
5. From Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 14,999 - Rs. 150
6. From Rs. 15,000 and above - Rs. 200

PT is to be paid monthly on the gross salary.

I have enclosed the file.

Can someone upload a complete file as I have been given to understand that some states in the Northeast also charge a profession tax? Please clarify the all-India status of all the states. Also, mention the date of posting in the thread as the PTAX slab changes with time so we need to know if it is concurrent or not.
