Hi,
Overall it has some great information for someone who doesn't understand the position. Just a few comments about the presentation itself. One, there are too many images which I find takes away from the overall message you are trying to send. Focus on the information! Second, you have too much text on your slides. Try to keep your text down to no more than 7 lines per slide. This keeps the reader interested in the subject and allows them to focus on the main idea.

Your PPT on HRM & Staffing Presentation is very nice. I congratulate you for designing such a presentation. However, I feel that some of the points needs a brief explanation to know more about staffing techniques. However, overall it is a good presentation, useful to the MBA students.
