I have to process the Visas for the employees...I want to know how to go further..:confused:
I need the info on L1/B1 VISAS....
Please help me out with this..

Here you go with visa procedure for different countries. I got this from Cite hr. If you want to know about European countries visa let me know.

But I want to know more details like in case of B1 Visa, how the employees would get the salary...and same goes with L1.
Please provide the details if you can.

You will find every information you need about L-1 and B-1 visas here in US IMMIGRATION. This is new blog was quite useful as it is written by a Immigration Specialist.
Check baout b1 and L 1 visas.
