I am in the process of preparing a competency dictionary for my organization and have reached the penultimate stage of the competency mapping exercise across the organization. To widen my perspective, I would be glad if you could share some material that provides information about competencies and their meanings. It's going to be a customized dictionary, but I need this material for validation.

Even though the book is costly, it is worth buying.
