Seeking Advice on Choosing Effective Psychometric Tests for Recruitment at Godrej

Hello, I am Archana, and I am currently doing my summer internship at Godrej. I have been asked to suggest new psychometric tests for recruitment at both the officer level (graduates) and manager level. They use a basic verbal reasoning test for the former and the PAPI from Cubix for the latter. I have to suggest new ones. Your help is highly valued. Thanks.

I have one file on psychometric tests, which I am attaching here. Hope it helps you. Also, search on Google as well as cite HR; you will get a lot of information on the same.
