• Vision and mission of the company.
• Brief History of the company.
• Organization Chart /Hierarchy.
• Branches and Locations
• Activities and Services of the company

Policies of the company

• Conduct of Dressing
• Attendance / Leave Policies ( Hours of work, Holidays, Types and no of Leaves, Shift Timings, Lunch Time etc)
• Payroll.
• Performance Appraisal
• Promotion/Transfer Policy
• Disciplinary Procedure
• Grievance Procedure
• Information Security
• Exit Formalities

The above are just a mere guideline. You need to ammen / alter it as per your requirement.
