We will all meet at Airlines Hotel tomorrow at 6:45 P.M. This will be a good forum for getting introduced in your fraternity. We will wind up by 7:45 P.M.

I know it's raining badly, but rain or no rain, we will meet. ;-)

- Venue finalization for CHR Meet.
- Sending Mailers to the HR professionals.
- Designing Invitation and Banner.
- Responsibility Assignment to the volunteers on the day of the event.
- Commercial budgeting for the event.

Volunteers can prepare some thoughts on the above points so that we can decide and go ahead in organizing further.

It was a great day yesterday to meet all the volunteers. Day by day, people's interest in joining as volunteers is also increasing, which was proved yesterday by more attendees at the volunteers' meet. We have assigned some responsibilities to the volunteers to complete the tasks within the next volunteers' meet. Dasa will post an update about yesterday's discussion.

This is further to our yesterday's meeting, and I would like to provide the following updates:

1. VENUE: We are working to finalize a cost-effective venue, which will be decided before the 6th of June. If anyone is willing to help us with this, you are most welcome.

2. INVITATION: The target date for completion is the 31st of May 2008.

3. SPEAKERS: We have finalized the speakers (Umesh - please update regarding the speakers and the topics).

4. CAPTION: We are considering having a caption for our meeting. Volunteers need to meet and brainstorm to decide on this.

Apart from the above, we are in need of sponsors to make this event a low-cost or free event and to ensure it is grand and successful. We kindly request volunteers and members to refer any potential sponsors.

Dear All,

The next volunteers' meeting is scheduled for 11th June 2008, Wednesday at Hotel Airlines. I need confirmation for this meeting from all volunteers who want to participate. This is because the assignments given to the volunteers need to be completed by today, and the final review will be at tomorrow's meeting. There will be no meeting on 18th June 2008; however, from 23rd onwards until the 27th, volunteers will need to meet on alternate days to review and complete assignments that are outstanding in arranging the HR event.
