We will all meet at Airlines Hotel tomorrow at 6.45 P.M. This will be a good forum for getting introduced in your fraternity. We will windup by 7.45P.M,
I know its raining badly but then rain or no rain we will meet.;-)

Venue finalization for CHR Meet.
Sending Mailers to the HR professionals
Designing Invitation and Banner
Responsibility Assignment to th volunteers on the day of event.
Commercials budgeting for the event.
Volunteers can prepare some thoughts on the above points, so that we can decide and go ahead in organizing further.

It was great day yesterday to meet all the volunteers. Day by day people's interest to join as volunteers also increasing, which was proved yesterday by more attendees for the volunteers meet.
We have assigned some responsibilities to the volunteers to complete the task within the next volunteers meet.

Dear All,
This is further to our yesterday's meet, i would like to update the following :
1. VENUE : We are working to finalize the cost effective venue, the same will be decided before 6th of June. If any one is willing to help us on this UR MOST WELCOME.
2. INVITATION : Target date is to complete on 31-May-08 .
3. SPEAKERS : We have finalized the Speakers ( Umesh - pl update regarding the speakers and the topics)
4. CAPTION : We thought of having a caption for our meeting. Volunteers have to meet and brain storm to decide on this.
Apart from the above WE ARE IN NEED OF SPONSORS to make this event a low cost or free event and make it grand & successful.
We kindly request the volunteers and members to refer any SPONSORS.
