I have been asked to address issues of employees within our offices located in Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Gurgaon. I have been asked to go to these locations and talk to them in person. Considering our office employees are mostly into construction (PMC - Project Management Consultant), I don't know how I can have all employees come into the office and discuss whatever issues they may have. Is there any way I can send an email with a form attached to let them know we have a grievance redressal system in place? I am not sure how to go about this as I am new to this. Any way you can help me here?
