Good work... thank you!! Really appreciable work you have done! Looking for these kinds of PPTs. It's really useful tips for HR professionals, but something I want to clarify. Please don't take it otherwise; I just want to clear some of my doubts.
One thing, some of the steps you have are related to the selection process. Are you talking about recruitment and selection process? Some steps like reference checks and the activities after this come under the selection process. Because recruitment means to attract a person for a particular job, and selection means to select a person for that job. I want to know more about it.
