but sumthing i want to clarify. plz don't take it otherwise i just want to clear sum of my doubt..........
one thing that some of the steps u have are related to selection process.. r u taking abt recritment & selection process????some steps like refrence check and the activities after this are comes under selection process....... b'coz recritment means to attract a person4 a particular job and selection means to select a person 4 that job.... i want to know more abt it
plz post your reply........... really intersted to know
could u plz give me sum insights on head hunting also.

So i want to know the difference between recruitment and selection process. I am little bit confused about this. Can u explain me this difference.

yes pearl179 is correct. u have included three things i.e. Recruitment, Selection and Induction. However, for sure u have covered all stages of recruitment. good work in the end. the process is right but,it should start wth the no. of sanctioned vacancies.Also the filling up of vacancies would be done by Internal recruitment and the rest by External Recruitment.
