Is a Course from Hindi Sahitya Sammelan Equivalent to a Graduation Degree?

I have come across a CV of a person who has completed a three-year course from Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Allahabad, after 10+2. The course name was not mentioned. I just wanted to know if this institute is recognized and if this course is equivalent to a Graduation degree.

I have come to know that Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Allahabad has been listed in the fake university/institutions list issued by UGC. If anybody has more information about it, please tell. Or if it is not fake, then can anybody get admission in a bachelor's degree course from any university.

HINDI SAHITYA SAMMELAN is a well-recognized university; in fact, it is recognized by the Indian Government. Please check the following links to verify. And to those who say it's fake, I would like to say one thing - Please get your facts straightened up, people. It's not fake; go and check the UGC's list of fake universities.

Please get your facts right, sir. The Hindi Sahitya Sammelan in Allahabad has not been listed in the fake universities/institutions list issued by UGC. It is a university started by the Government of India to promote the use of our, and I believe your too, mother tongue, "Hindi."
