Seeking Fresh Ideas for "Thought for the Day" to Engage Our Young Team

I am an HR-Executive Trainee. I have started a practice of writing "Thought for the Day" in the office. It is the startup phase. We have a majority crowd between 25-35.

Please, can anyone share with me a source?

I am maintaining the "Thought of the Week" in our company. The best site that I feel is www.quotegarden.com. It has numerous GOOD quotes.

I would suggest that you not do "Thought of the Day" but instead do "Thought of the Week." For 3 or 6 months, you would have a handful of thoughts, but later, nice quotes vanish, and it might become tough to find new, useful, and interesting ones. Anyways, the choice is yours; it is just a suggestion.

Nice to know that you are sharing new 'thoughts' with your colleagues every day. I am in charge of the 'Thought for the Day' at the school where I teach Theatre. I generally refer to the Reader's Digest or log on to www.about.com, which has a section on quotations and offers free online subscriptions. You will get regular updates with links to many quotations classified by subject. Have a 'thoughtful' browsing session.
