Please Help- PF Withdrawl

Hi All,
I want to withdrawl my PF amount for the period May-05 to Aug06, i have all the details with me (pf deducted per month applicable under UP rules & regulation)
My previous employer is not signing the PF withdrawl form, delaying the process last 6 month. Can somebody help me please, is it possible to withdrawl PF without the involvement of previous employer.
Somebody told me that in this case i may claim the pf in presence of Bank manager where i am having the saving account. Please suggest me the best way to do it.

Hi Amit,
I am trying to guide you regarding your PF withdrawal query as mentioned below:-
1) As per PF Act, person who has worked less than 6 month can't withdraw PF accumulation.
2) You may trasfer your PF to present PF account by submitting PF trasfer application.
3) For transfer of PF accumulation you need not to take signature of previous employer & you need to submit trasfer application with present employer.
By doing this you can solve your present PF issue.
