In our organization, earned leave is credited to the employees' account only once a year, in the month of January. Is this in accordance with any act or is it done for convenience? Can the earned leave be credited monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually as well? Seniors, please clarify.

Who will do all this nonsense? Here in Kerala, a worker's tenure is less than 6 months. Additionally, some MNCs are willing to snatch away their staff strength in any way possible. Considering all this, it is ridiculous and these practices are discarded by Americans. Please do not follow them.
