Dear Eafil,
I will appreciate your help if you could forward me the format of Induction Manual as well...I am an MBA student and need to make a project on it. It needs to be in three parts...pre induction, second immediately on joinning and period after joining say for next one month which includes training orientation and also mentor system. Any ideas? Am not sure of the three sub-parts to be included too :cry:
