Hi,

Recruitment SLAs stand for Recruitment Service Level Agreements. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) define both client and consultant responsibilities at each stage of the process and provide a methodology for measurement and account feedback. SLAs typically include a guaranteed minimum number of applicants who meet the hiring manager's approved criteria, candidate quality as determined by hiring manager surveys, the speed at which the hired candidates are presented, and overall program cost.

This is what I know about Recruitment SLAs; seniors who have more experience can correct me if I am wrong.

Hi Sree,

What you said is very right, but the overall programmed cost can be avoided in a SLA, because many firms still have a variation in the cost based on the recruitment procedure and position. But the rest seems to be just right. It also would deal with the role definition of the employees involved in the project as well as pre-interview, pre-advertising, advertising, analysis, shortlisting, preparation of interviews, interviews, record checks, and induction. In fact, the entire process is detailed in the most possible way.

Regards,
AJ
