I am working on my project in Competency Mapping, and for this purpose, I need to create a competency dictionary. Could you please assist me in building the dictionary and explain the process?

I am also seeking clarification on the distinction between Behavioral and Managerial Competencies as I am finding it challenging to differentiate between the two.
