HR Manager vs. Operations Manager: What Are the Key Differences in Their Roles?

I just want to know what the difference is between an HR Manager (operation) and an Operations Manager. What is the major difference in their work responsibilities?

An HR Manager of operations is responsible for all the operational activities in the HR function, which may include, but are not limited to:

- Handling Recruitments
- Managing Leave and Attendance
- Resolving Employee Grievances
- Managing Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Overseeing day-to-day HR operations

On the other hand, a Manager of Operations has a much broader role, which includes overseeing a wide range of business operations, administration, and HR functions can also fall under an operations manager.
