I am pursuing an L.L.M in Business Law and my next semester is focused on my dissertation. I have also completed a PGDBM in HR and I am interested in building a career in HR/legal. I would greatly appreciate it if you could suggest a topic for my dissertation that encompasses HR criteria as well as legal aspects, which will also benefit my future career.

Majority of the companies have a bond system for the retention of the employees. Thus, you will have to practically visit the company and study the legal or illegal implications of the same. Also, make use of the internet and web search.

I think you should go for a wide topic, i.e., a topic related to Labour Laws, which is a mixture of both HR and Law.
