I am doing L.L.M in Business group, and my next sem is for desertation. i have also done pgdbm in hr. and also want to make career in hr/legal. so friends pls suggest me a topic for desertation which can cover hr criteria as well as legal and also help me in future for my career.

where you can concentrate on the legal viability of the BOnds that are proposed by the various companies, for the rentention of employees.

Majority of the COmpanies have a Bond system for the retention of the employees. Thus u will have to practically visit the comany/s study the legal or illegal implications of the same
Also use of Internet, web search.
u will definetly have a healthy piece of information and a worth project.

The vast ness of this topic is helpful to u. U can take any Act like Factories Act, Contract Labour Act etc. u will find that both aspects of HR(Human Resource) and Legal is assimilated therein.
