HR Dashboard refers to a snapshot of the health of HR. A dashboard is something that would give a synopsis of the entire HR activities. This is basically used by the management for strategic decisions. A dashboard contains various metrics and data points related to HR functions. I am attaching a list of key metrics that can be measured. You can choose the ones that your management wants to focus on. Generally, in a dashboard, data is represented by a graph.
