What Talents Do Companies Really Look For When Hiring at Different Levels?

Hi All,

The terminology which we keep hearing nowadays, "talent," replacing HR most often, seems to have been used very loosely, I presume. I am interested in knowing what talents organizations look for while sourcing at all levels. Are there talents that are generic in nature which can be attributed to all levels? Today, a Head HR, during an interview, asked me the question - what talents do you identify when you do talent sourcing?
