Tired of the Same Old Dinner and Movie Routine? Fresh Ideas to Boost Employee Engagement

For employee refreshments, we have alternate monthly movie and dinner/lunch plans. Additionally, we also organize quarterly team lunch or dinner events. However, we would like to explore new ideas as the routine of dinner and movies has become monotonous, and everyone is tired of it.

What else can we try?

A couple of things that you can start off with is to initiate a campaign to make the world a better place. Your employees can volunteer to visit an old age home or take underprivileged children to a nearby water park, and the funding would be provided by the firm. You can also reach out to NGOs in your area to assist you with the same.

I believe that performing a good deed will make all their lives feel better.
