Joining After One Month Suspension

Hello Sir,
I am Usha working as an HR in a sofware development organization. We suspended our employee due to unacceptable leaves and his behaviour for one month. We issued a suspension letter also. His suspension period is over now. He is joining again.
Is there any letter required to collect from him, stating that he will not repeat such things again.
Please suggest me in this matter, because I am new to HR
