Returning After Suspension: Should I Ask for a Commitment Letter from the Employee?

Hello Sir,

I am Usha, working as an HR in a software development organization. We suspended our employee due to unacceptable leaves and his behavior for one month. We issued a suspension letter as well. His suspension period is over now, and he is rejoining.

Is there any letter required to collect from him, stating that he will not repeat such things again? Please suggest to me in this matter, as I am new to HR.
