If a show cause notice is issued in any act under the Contract Labour from the Labour Department, what will be the procedures behind this show cause notice reply, and what documents are required for that.

The following is the procedure:

When a complaint is filed, it is common among all the states in India.

Also, you will have to contact the local labor inspector to initiate the process of reply. You can either approach the shops and establishments office or ROC, depending on which your firm is registered.
