My name is Roshen from South Africa; working as Section leader with a team of 40 people. Can anybody help me to measure productivity of my people? I need a simple practical method for office workers using SAP.

Please search the web using key words such as "Productivity Report"+ the field you are interested in, to limit the number of hits you get. More precise you are in defining your requirement the better.

In the excel sheet, you had mentioned a calculation of learning curve. Could you please explain how its calculated.
