Hi friends,
I am new to this forum. I have recently joined a new company where the employees are not used to any kind of reporting system. In the last few months, despite guiding them and providing them with templates, it's not happening. They say they don't have time to do such things. My team does not understand the importance of reporting to management. They simply do the work without measuring their own performance.
I need to motivate them and help them understand that reporting is essential.
I would appreciate your suggestions.
