Hello. Currently, I'm working with a non-profit organization that wants to revitalize its evaluation system to something more convenient to update and access. HR Management has talked to several companies that specialize in making HR evaluation computer programs. We have a small staff, around fifty employees, and a limited budget. These two aspects are the problems that keep us from finding HR Management programs that we can use.
