Just one question !! i am from recruitment background and now intend to move to generalist profile..
Wanted to know minimum no of public or bank holiday company should give it to employee.. is there any rules or it varies company to company..
There are few Holiday' s like Independence , republic , may 1st are compolsory to give..

You may check the Tamilnadu Goevernment official site at www.tn.gov.in for the list of holidays for 2009.
