OR
Is there any law which specifies any ratio of distribution.
Due to the training of Guards as per Private Security Act, 2005, they would not fall in the category of un-skilled workers. However, is their a specific provision re the category of Minimum Wages, i.e. Semi-Skilled or Matriculateto be paid to a Security Guard in Delhi?
