How Many Leaves Should Employees Be Provided In A Year?

Can any one tell me the no. of leaves should be given to employees in IT company, Delhi ?

You have to adhere to the provisions of the local Shops and Establishment Act for providing leave. But the same is not being adhered to in many companies. Can anyone suggest ways and means to circumvent the provisions of the Shops and Establishment Act i.e. especially in IT industry.

How many leaves are granted in restaurants ? like casual leave, sick leave, earned leave, General Holiday kindly let me know at the earliest.

What I Know is, "earned Leave and maternity leaves' are mandatory as per Act.
But Casual Leaves and Sick leaves are mandatory?
