Thanks for your positing.little correction in your exl. Disability Dependent is not u/s 80 G. Rather Expenses on the medical treatment of a dependent who is a person with a disability is implicable u/s 80DD.
and 80 G is applicable when donations given to certain funds and charitable institutions

Please do correct me if i am wrong

Hi Joseph,Need to just enter the amount.... and It will display the right amount...There are so many items.... but in all companies there are only less perquiustes....But you have posted is very good, I recommend prepare another excel menstion only main perquistes...Thanks HR Guru
