• Monitoring all PF, ESIC formalities.
• Designed & implemented employee’s salary processing scheme for all the employees,
• Daily updating employee database.
• Maintaining leave records
• Releasing the salary payout monthly, and salary slip
• Salary processing and ensuring timely, payment of salaries
• MIS generation & Tracking method.
• Preparation of required MIS reports to management as per prescribed timelines.
• Updating Master File daily basis and generate Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports.
• Handling employee database in Excel.
• Handling queries from all the Associates regarding Salaries, PF & ESIC, follow-up etc.
