There are forms for all the acts and the form numbers would be same so don't get confused of it. The following are few of the forms to be maintained & submitted as a part of HR activity.
1. Form 1 ( Application for permission to construct, extend or take into the use any building as a factory)
2. Form 2 (Application for Registration & Notice of Occupation)
3. Form 3 (Application for licence/renewal of licence of factory)
4. Form 4 ( Registration for licence to work a factory)
5. Form 7 ( Record of lime-washing, painting, etc.)
6. Form 9 ( Register of Compensatory holidays)
7. Form 10 ( Overtime Register)
8. Form 12 ( Adult Register)
9. Form 22 ( Half Yearly Return)
10. Form 23 ( Annual Return)
11. Form 26 (Accident Register).
I have given a few list and there are more forms to be added with it.
