HOW TO CREATE EMAIL ID BY THE COMPANY NAME FOR Employees

Dear sir
Kindly suggest how to create email id for a public ltd. newly set up company to whom we have to approach how to generate email id by the company name what will be the main server of these email ids. these id is link with company;s website or how it is.how to control spam or if we are sending any mail to others they are able to get download the attchment

you will have to buy a domain name first from a domain website. In this domain name, package there are options to buy space for email ID & Website.
Now depending upon your requirement you can buy space & no. of email ID's.

Depending on your server OS, the email id is configured. Email Ids are best 'first name (dot) last name' but some use 'first name (dot) last initial' or a combination of methods. The IT team usually restricts mailbox size - that is the size of attachments and storage space on the messaging server , based on roles/responsibilities and grants access to webmail or webmail/mobile interface, again based on need.
