Then the Salary paid for the month of oct -2013 in Nov -2013 then all below Rs.25000.00 salary will be covered ESIC., Iam i correct.

This has been proposed to Cabinet. Cabinet needs to discuss and approve.
After Cabinet approval, then Notification and then Gazetting for effective date.
Until then stands at present limit of 15000 per month.
