Hi, I have joined an organisation in the HR Department of a RETAIL firm, in Free Zone Dubai.
I need your help in designing the HR Policy manual. The strength of the firm is 400 employees. I have to start from scratch as the HR Department is a new concept for the firm.
Also the organisation wants to implement the Grading System for the employee.
I have been an HR in the IT Sector,so dont have much idea of who the Retail sector works. So, Kindly help. Its urgent.

Hello Sir,
I am working in Dubai, this is my first contract and I have completed 18 months of service. I have got a better opporutnity and I want to change. My employer is not ready to give NOC. I have to join another company as soon as possible. how can I lift ban if he imposes ban on me?
